Samantha (Sami) Nagy-Chow is a strategic partner to leaders by creating efficient and impactful work environments for mission-driven teams. Backed by over a decade of experience in non-profits, education, and health tech, Sami is streamlining company and people operations for Be Clear. She is dedicated to ensuring a better, more progressive world by facilitating inclusive organizations where people can show up as their best and authentic selves.

Before joining Be Clear, Sami worked as the Director of HR & Administration at a Series A health tech company focused on increasing access to reproductive and sexual health care for underserved communities. There she built the company’s HR function from the ground up and managed company administration for a growing team. Prior to that, Sami’s career has spanned being the Chief of Staff at a health-education non-profit, the founding Director of Admissions at a start-up Montessori elementary school, and both a professional ballet dancer and teacher.

Sami has a Bachelor of Science degree in Ballet & Education from Indiana University, and a Master of Education degree from Harvard University. Originally from San Francisco, CA, she is currently rooted in Denver, CO.
