As with all workplace tools, Be Clear uses AI in ways that can help solve problems and advance client needs — while always maintaining our commitment to accurate, sharp, creative content and client privacy.

Our Commitment to Client Privacy:

We take seriously that our clients trust us with confidential information and intellectual property. Everyone on our team is committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients’ work, and we will not input the private information of any person or organization into a publicly accessible AI platform or any tool that harvests user data to train AI models.    

How We Do and Do Not Use Artificial Intelligence (AI):

  • Our creative materials—including strategy documents, public-facing written materials like op-eds and statements, and graphic design—are crafted by our experienced human team to ensure originality, authenticity, accuracy, and relevance.

  • No client intellectual property or proprietary information is ever entered into publicly accessible AI platforms or used to train public models.

  • We are solely and fully accountable for the quality and accuracy of everything we provide to our clients.  

Our Pledge to Conserve Natural Resources:

A study from 2024 found that using ChatGPT to write a 100-word email uses 17.5 ounces of water and about .14 kilowatt hours of energy — the equivalent of a bottle of water and powering 14 LED lightbulbs for one hour. As a progressive firm that believes in sustainability and climate action, we pledge to limit our environmental impact by using AI tools only in cases that serve a meaningful purpose.
