Caroline Hughes Stevens has deep communications experience across the government, non-profit and business sectors. She worked on President Obama’s 2008 campaign, and then went on to serve the Obama Administration in communications roles at the White House, as well as the Office of the Vice President and the Department of Housing & Urban Development. At the White House, Caroline served as Regional Communications Director, managing communications and acting as chief spokesperson for regional media. This included managing regional coverage of major policy announcements and major events by the President. Caroline also traveled extensively with President Obama, serving as a liaison between the press corps and the White House press office.
Following the White House, Caroline was the Director of Corporate Communications for a publicly-traded natural food company with over $515 million in annual revenue, where she managed communications strategy and government relations on a range of policy issues, including sustainable food practices and labeling transparency. Caroline lives in Boulder with her husband and their three children.
