Abigail Pepper

Communications Associate

Abigail is a communications and policy professional with a background in health care advocacy, coalition engagement, and strategic public messaging.

Before joining Be Clear, she mobilized physician-led advocacy efforts at both the state and federal levels, developing messaging, drafting opinion pieces and policy materials, and coordinating earned media to advance patient-centered reforms. She has facilitated meetings with congressional offices and trained patients and providers to advocate effectively on Capitol Hill, helping elevate trusted voices in high-stakes policy conversations.

After three years in Washington, D.C., Abigail returned to North Carolina and now lives in Monroe, just outside Charlotte, with her husband and two dogs. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Comparative Politics.
